This folder contains Matlab functions for calculations and Monte-Carlo-simulations of probabilities associated with the distribution of cell types within a cluster of cells, based on the null-hypothesis that these cells are randomly drawn from a pool of cells with known cell-type distribution.
The functions have been applied to analyze cell-type distributions of ganglion cells within presynaptic clusters resulting from single-cell initiated rabies tracing in LGN:
