PSO based parameter identification

Yet another demonstration for my students.
Very similar to my two previous submissions. This is just to provide one more demonstration for my students. It is assumed that the step response of a system is known along with the parametrized transfer function. Parameters then are identified using PSO and an .slx model (case one) or a parametrized time response (second case). The second approach occurs to be much faster.
