Solar Path Plot (Earth-Based Reference Frame)

Functions to plot the solar path in the Earth-based reference frame

Provides a user-friendly simulation of the positions of the Sun and solar panel as viewed from the Earth-based reference frame, at the given date, time and coordinates of the solar panel's location on Earth.
