CheckPathCase
Checks to make sure a folder path is the correct case when using windows. Windows is case insensitive to path so Matlab won't error

Checks to make sure a folder path is the correct case when using Windows OS. Windows is case insensitive to path so Matlab won't throw an error. This file is meaningless on Linux because Matlab will already error. Mac might use this depending on your setup.
