This function does the same as clabel(ch,'manual').
It was created because sometimes clabel puts not the real values but rounded !?
See the screenshot for the difference between m_clabel and clabel:
[cs,ch] = contour(peaks,5);
m_clabel(ch);
clabel(cs,'manual');
