Question
How can I increase CPU utilization. It is running at only 11%. I hve windows 8 using intel I7 with 8 Gb RAM, and only 254 MB needed for the MatLab program.
When I look at the task manager, it indicates only 12% utilization of the CPU, and 11% devoted to running my matlab program
