Designing a Digital Camera Pipeline with MATLAB
Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scene when you take a picture with your digital camera? Digital cameras perform a number of processing steps, referred to as a pipeline, to convert raw data from an image sensor into a high quality image. The output quality of a pipeline is highly dependent on the combination of optics, image sensor, and other design details of a given digital camera. Each digital camera design requires unique adjustments to maximize image quality.
In this webinar, we introduce a typical digital camera pipeline and use MATLAB to design and test it with images from a specific digital camera. In addition to MATLAB, we use Image Processing Toolbox, Curve Fitting Toolbox, Parallel Computing Toolbox, and other products.
Prior experience with MATLAB is required for this webinar.
