Elevation of site
returns the ground or building surface elevation of antenna site in meters.
Elevation is measured relative to mean sea level using earth gravitational model,
EGM-96. If the site coincides with a building, elevation is measured at the top of
the building. Otherwise, elevation is measured at the ground.
