Why am I unable to discover clusters using Parallel Computing Toolbox?

When launching Cluster Discovery tool from Parallel Menu, it just sits there spinning, trying to discover clusters.

Parallel Computing Toolbox Discover Clusters tool uses port 27370. If this port is blocked, you will not be able to use this functionality. You will need to open inbound access to port 27370.
