.net dll size

We build .net DLL with Mathlab compiler. Since a few days DLL size increase from 300 ko to 10 Mo. Reloading old sources and recompiling doesn't solve the problem : old sources compiled give 10 Mo. Any ideas ?

ok, size increase because CTF file increase, but don't know why CTF size increase suddently. Any idea ?
