Arduino to Matlab Real time plotting

hi, im an engineering student and also new to MATLAB. Actually im having problem to plot the data from arduino in real time. For testing purpose im using arduino AnalogSerialInOut coding.

It's not clear how this question relates to MATLAB. From your code, it appears that you are simply writing to Arduino ports.

Yea its a sample coding from arduino but i need to replace the potentiometer with the microphone. so 1st i want to test the variables from the potentiometer in the real time graph. so anyone can help me with the simple coding

Look at the associated webinar files. You will have to create a Serial object and receive data from the arduino.

how can i make it to read continuous from cputime
Please clarify that question. What do you mean by reading from cputime ?

The code above looks like an arduino sketch. Whats you MATLAB code to interface with it?
Have you looked at Arduino Package.
