Time Delay Beamformer Implementation in Frequency domain Analysis

I want to implement time delay Beamformer using Mirophone array in frequency domain. I have some problem in Signal processing part. please correct my program in Signal processing part(shown in attched file) such that it will work.

Hello, could you please tell me that why in this example the sample rate is less than half of the operating freaquency? shouldnt it be reverse?
