How to create general linear model fit?

I created the following scatter plot:

gscatter(new_data.Income,new_data.ObesityRate,new_data.race,'bgrkm','osx*+',...
      8,'on','Median Income','Obesity Percentage');
  figure(gcf)

I was wondering how i can create a linear model fit with this? Note: I am trying to do a multiple linear regression.
