How can i generate sparse signal in matlab code....

What routines would you pass the sparse signal through? I am not sure that sparse signals are supported by many of the routines, but it is not something I have investigated before.

Did you look at any of the examples in the help? There are some there. Why do you think you need it? Do you have huge arrays that are mostly empty?
