R2013a design function bug issue in HDL workflow

Hi all,
I'm not so sure if this is a bug or i'm missing something in Matlab ver R2013a.
|'ve been having issues with Matlab design files getting stuck in the fixed-point HDL workflow window.
I can add a design file to the work flow but it doesn't replaces the previous design file when the HDL conversion process is run. My only work-around solution now is to close and re-launch Matlab and then make coffee while waiting for Matlab to load.
I try cleaning the directory with the clean up commands but to no avail, besides re-starting Matlab every now and then, when converting a different design file.
It will be nice if MathWorks can add an option to remove design file in the Fixed-point window.

By the way, Matlab R2013a is impressive, with some cool features and layout!
Thank you for the feedback Paul. Nice to hear comments about the improved workflow.
In general once the entry-point function and a testbench is defined we do not allow changes to these in the workflow while code generation steps are running.
We would like to understand your usecase and improve the workflow accordingly. Would you be to send reproduction steps to support@mathworks.com?
Thanks.
Thanks for the feedback Kiran.
Well, instead of closing Matlab altogether and re-starting it before adding a different design file for HDL conversion, i'm simply just closing and re-opening just HDL Coder App -- as that's where the trouble lies. Although still unpleasant, it seems to do the trick (update) for now.
Well, i'll email my use-case to MathWorks support, as you indicated.
Regards
By unpleasant, i mean the workaround solution of still closing and re-opening HDL Coder prior to adding any new design file for HDL conversion.
HDL Coder is very pleasant, just the issue i'm facing though :)
