hi everybody, i have 3 data sets, latitude,longitude,and rain how to make spatial distribution plot for rain in a certain region. please help

Assuming your dataset are vectors, you could simply make a scatterplot
scatter(longitude, latitude, 5, rain);
Alternatively, you can grid your data with griddata and make a contourplot with contourf.
