FSI ansys and optimisation matlab

hello everybody!

I'm working on Fluid structure problem with ansys transient structural( for the solid part) and CFX (for the fluid part). I need to use matlab for optimisation. So, does anybody know how to use ansys transient structural with matlab?

(nb: I thought it was the same way than ansys APDL and matlab, so I try to find the .inp, but no way, with ansys transient structural I didn't find any .inp)
