I want to locate points at the "Cordinate" given above in 3D. How to do that in Matlab?
I want to show a star mark of the point located in x y z

Hi,
try plot3:
plot3(Cordinate(:,1),Cordinate(:,2),Cordinate(:,3),'*')

scatter3() is probably the most appropriate command.
