Hello, I have a question: I have made a library and I want to register it (to use via library browser). Howevever some blocks in library is only for internal use and I would like to hide them - how can I do this? Is it a kind of parameter of subsystem defining if this block will or won't be visible in library browser?
Best regards, Pawel Blaszczyk

I don't know if this is possible, but why not maintain a separate library block for internal purposes that contains the private blocks and an empty block with an OpenFcn callback to open the public library?

To hide or disable blocks and libraries in the Simulink Library Browser, you need to create an sl_customization.m file. The process is explained here:
In the sl_customization file, you will use cm.LibraryBrowserCustomizer.applyFilter and specify the block and its state (probably 'hidden' in your case)
