Is mclInhibitShutdown still supported in Matlab 2011? I get it as an undefined reference when I try to compile in Matlab. How else do you handle multiple calls to mclInitializeApplication?

mclInhibitShutdown and mclUninhitbitShutdown have been removed in R2011a. Their functionality is now handled by mclInitializeApplication and mclTerminateApplication. So you do not need to use mclInhibitShutdown anymore.
