if doing this for all 5 results, there will be 5 lines. im trying to obtain 5 points and make them link together. however this results are in a matrix form.

It is not very clear what you want, but I think it could be this:
Result = [368.8496 41.0974];
Result1 = [18.8326 96.5229];
Result2 = [176.9228 205.3095];
Result3 = [263.3483 139.8583];
Results_array = [Result; Result1; Result2; Result3];
plot(Results_array(:,1),Results_array(:,2),Results_array(:,1),Results_array(:,2),'*')
