USB CAN Bus Interface

Hello,

I plan connecting a Motion Control Board via a CAN Bus/USB adaptor to the USB port of my laptop having Matlab.

I have used MATLAB via RS-232/USB adaptors to read and write.

This is the first time I plan doing it on a USB/CAN Bus interface.

I assume, from MATLAB persepctive, it must not be that different whether it is RS-232/USB or CAN BUS/USB adaptor. The same procesure must work. Correct?

I also assume any CAN Bus/USB adaptor that I buy from Amazon would work. Or is there any specific recommendations?

Have you tried using the CAN Explorer App? You can follow this example to get started.
