Importing a text file, edit and export

Hi,

I try to add a text file which contains lots of data to Matlab.

Then I should edit this text file. For example, in a line of text file, I have

rout_pzt=0.023100

I should change the value after "=" and I have to make this for many lines.

Could you please help me.
