Help with DAQ toolbox on simulink

Hello all, I am using Win7 32bit SP1, Matlab 2014a and a data acquisition device from National Instruments (NI usb 6009). Matlab recognizes the hardware using daq.getdevices, so does the driver software itself. Yet 'Analog Input' block with daq toolbox in Simulink insists that there are no available devices.

I've searched the web and tried virtually every basic solution but without success. Would much appreciate any help on that matter.
