what is the best solution when I use MATLAB R2013a with OS X 10.10 Yosemite?
I got a problem that I can't use MATLAB R2013a after I downloaded OS X 10.10 Yosemite?

In short, you're out of luck unless you upgrade to the latest version of MATLAB.

You have to install Java 6 manually from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572 and apply a Patch provided by MathWorks: http://www.mathworks.de/support/bugreports/1098655.
