Hello,
Is it possible to deactivate Matlab because the license has expired without uninstalling in order to reactivate with a new license?
MATLAB has been disabled from the MathWorks site console
But, on the PC, it is impossible to disable Matlab, even with an administrator session. Hard disk bitlocked but accessible
The deactivation works only if you uninstall the software. Is this normal?
Trying to activate with the licence file or with the licence key, the previous licence activation still remain

I would think so, but I haven't tried it. To install MATLAB you need to write to disk so I don't know why it's now giving you problems. You can call the tech support line for FREE installation/uninstallation support. That would be your fastest solution to this.
