画像上の一定以上の面積の色付けと枠線で囲む方法

画像上のある一定以上の面積がある物体を円形で囲み、それにcolormap等で色付けする方法はございますか。
例えば、面積20以上30未満は青色、30以上40未満は赤色に色づけるといった感じです。
質問内容がわかりにくくて申し訳ありません。matlab初心者なので詳しく教えていただけると幸いです。

Image Processing Toolboxがあれば、一定以上の面積がある物体の検出、面積の測定が可能です。
