Find Row Vectors In an Array Containing Only Elements from a Vector

Having a matrix A = [1 2 3 4; 5 6 7 8; 9 10 11 12; 13 14 15 16] and a vector b = [1 2 5 6 7 8 9 13 14 15 16]' I would like to know when a row in A only contains elements from b (in this case i would like something like 'ans = [0 1 0 1]' Thanks!

out=all(ismember(A,b),2)
