mlxファイルのwordへのエクスポートについて

mlxファイルをword形式に変換するために [ライブ エディター] タブ>>[Word にエクスポート] の手順を踏んだところ，画像のようになりうまく生成されません，何が原因でしょうか．ファイルの名前などは変更していません．
