Run PIL simulation with F28335 Experimenter's Kit and CCS v6.1.0 or CCS v5.5.0 ?

I want to run the F28335 experimenter kit that comes with the controlCARD and the docking station in siulink with PIL. I am not able to do a proper PIL simulation Or atleast begin with it. I am getting confused with the documentation.
