Here's one way:
t = table(randn(8,1),'VariableNames',{'F0'})
t = 8×1 table
F0 ________ 0.031008 -1.6363 0.25468 -0.62168 0.74535 -3.639 1.8741 -0.99434
t = [table(NaN,'VariableNames',{'F0'}); t]
t = 9×1 table
F0 ________ NaN 0.031008 -1.6363 0.25468 -0.62168 0.74535 -3.639 1.8741 -0.99434
