How to remove the Matlab Drive from a Mac?

The university does not allow the outside connection any more, and the Matlab Drive popup the error window every second which makes the work very difficult.
How can the Matlab Drive be completely remove from the MacOS?

Are you talking about the virtual drive used when MATLAB is installed?
Assuming that is what you mean, just EJECT the drive. On the Mac, you do so by selecting the drive, then at the bottom of the file menu in the finder, you click on Eject.
