Transmission line modelling IEEE-13 node bus system

I am trying to model IEEE-13 node bus system and having a problem modelling the Transmission line. I don't know which line model to use with the given values of Z and B in IEEE system. It will be helpful if anyone can direct me in right direction.

Probably a good starting point is IEEE 13 Node Test Feeder example which was introduced in MATLAB 2015b.
