How can I make the EEG channels in matlab?

I have a .mat file containing the data of an EEG performed in one patient, and I would like to be able to present these data in matlab but, does anyone know of any examples? Thank you

Search the File Exchange for EEG. There are several contributions. You will have to determine the one that most closely fits your needs.
