Hello everyone!
I have to implement the Zernike moments for feature extraction in Signature Recognition System, If someone know, give me a brief description about image moments and Zernike moments and also I have gotten the source code of Zernike moments from mathwork site from this link: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/38900-zernike-moments
It gives me tow value from image and I don't know what are the tow value, if someone know explain me that, please answer me I need it very hard.
thank you.

Your question is very broad to be answered fully here. There are many tutorials on Zernike moments that you can find online with a simple search.
At a high-level - Zernike moments are essentially descriptors for quantifying shape of an object (typically in a binary image). They are rotational invariant, are can be adapted to be translation (shift) and scale invariant.
I don't see a 'tow' value anywhere in this submission. Where do you see it?

We can't until you define what tow is. Do you mean two (2) instead? Tow means to pull something, like a car.
