I have the same issue. Simscape shows up as installed in the addons library but doesn't show up in the library itself.

What version of MATLAB are you using?
Still, I'd offer the same suggestion as below: please contact support - https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html

Simscape and Simscape Electrical are separate products that must be installed in order to use them.
If your license gives you access to these products, you can install them using the Add-Ons Explorer.

I have the same problem with 2022a even though in the add-ins it says it is installed, where do I go now?

In the MATLAB command window, type ver and see what products are listed.
If it lists Simscape Electrical, then you should find a Simscape > Electrical library in the Library Browser.

I'm having the same issue. As seen on the above screenshots simscape and the subsequent toolboxes show as being installed on add-on manager but not when running the ver command.
I had issues installing simscape through the add-on manager with it giving the error "Something Unexpected Occurred", so I installed it through the mathworks installer, which successfully installs but gives the error "The procedure entry point ##### could not be located in the dynamic-link library ######.dll", a screenshot of which is included below.

From some other support questions with similar errors, it seems this may be due to conflicting matlab installations. In %appdata%/Mathworks/MATLAB I found a folder for my old R2022a installation (which I uninstalled when I installed R2024a) and some additional leftover R2022a files in a seperate drive (D:/Program Files/MATLAB). I deleted both of the R2022a folders but this did not fix the issue.
I have noticed that my MATLAB preferences list %appdata%/Mathworks/MATLAB Add-Ons as my add-on installation folder, and this folder is empty. My other MATLAB add-ons seem to work fine though.

I recommend contacting support. I would select the Installation support option.

In the past week or two I have been getting an error to do with unresolved DNS (can't recreate it at the moment to get the specifc error message) every time I try to use the support contact, and currently it is stuck authenticating.

I apologize about that. MathWorks is currently working on issues that affect segments of our online systems. Some of our online services are not available. Updates will be posted to status.mathworks.com.
So while it works for me, there appear to be some regional differences still.

Type ver in your command window and share the results here. It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of your Simulink library showing the S's.

Was your problem solved

@Nishanth, you have not installed Simscape. Like MATLAB, there is the core product - Simscape, then additional toolboxes (blocksets) you can add to it.
Here's the output of ver on my computer. I've installed Simscape as well as the Battery and Electrical blocksets.
