GUI_BUILDI​NG_BUTTONS​-NOT_WORKI​NG

Hi ! :)

I have matlab 2018 b and just tried to create a GUI but the problem is that nothing is happening on my canvas I am trying to drag button to it but nothing is happening. I am wondering whether GUI is supposed to be an additional thing that one has to buy then..? or is it suppose to work with matlab package that is included?

Assuming you used guide, dragging a button over to the canvas should populate a button with basic controls. If it's not, then you likely have an issue with not having the correct toolbox. Also note, guide is going away eventually to be replaced by app designer

I am new to app designer - I saw a video on youtube where they used matlab 2013 and edited a field called tag and I cant findt such a field in matlab 2018 b app designer. Do you know what this field is called in Matlab 2018 b app designer...? :)
