fun = @(t,C) 5*t.^2./(t.^5+C);
t = 0:0.01:3;
C = 4;
plot(t,fun(t,C))

Alternatively, you may use fplot for an overview.
fplot(@(t) (5*t.^2)./(t.^5 + 4), [-6 6])
