Remove limitation on Breakpoints for commanded fuel mass input in mapped CI engine

2 views (last 30 days)
i am trying to input the breakpoints for fuel mass in the Mapped CI engine in mg/inj, but the model is not allowing me to go beyond 1000 mg/inj, whereas the engine I want to simulate can go up to 3g/inj
Is there a way to remove this limitation?
Thank you.

Hi issam matragi,
It seems that you are using the “Mapped CI Engine” block from the “Powertrain Blockset” in Simulink. According to the documentation, the breakpoints for commanded fuel mass input, “f_tbrake_f_bpt”, are specified by a parameter that you can edit in the block dialog box. To enable this parameter, you need to clear the Breakpoints, in mg/inj checkbox. You can refer to the following documentation to know more about this: https://in.mathworks.com/help/autoblks/ref/mappedciengine.html#expand_panel_heading_bva_fek-1-Breakpointsforcommandedfuelmassinputf_tbrake_f_bpt
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Abhishek Chakram
