Did you read my comment? I ask you to check the license file of a computer, the network license is running on. You reply, that you do something else.
This is the way to solve the problem:
The License File must be edited to include the SERVER line to indicate the name of your license server.
You need the address of your local license server. If you have no chance to obtain this information, you cannot use Matlab.

Hey Gavin,
1.Review the license documentation :Administer Network Licenses - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)
2.Check if there are any specific configuration files mentioned in the documentation or provided with the license file. These files might contain settings or parameters related to the server details.
3.Ensure that your laptop is connected to the network where the license server is located. Check your network settings, including network connectivity, firewall settings, and any VPN requirements, to ensure that your laptop can communicate with the license server
Remember, the specific steps and procedures for adding server details during license activation can vary depending on the software and license provider.
