eMBB data in 5G

Hello all, I need to know that is there anyway to create eMBB dataset in MATLAB by using 5G NR toolbox or any codes? I need to create eMBB dataset with MCS and other standards which can differentiate each eMBB user. So, please let me know is there any possibility for that?
