Dear all,
I have three matrices, each with twelve categories (analogue to month in a year) and between 9 and 12 measured values per matrix and category (for example A=9*12, B=10*12, C=12*12). Now I would like to test these three matrices, whether they are statistically different (i.e. from different populations) or not. I'm at a loss - but I can't find the appropriate test, or I have the problem of grouping the data correctly (e.g. with the Kruskal-Wallis test). Can someone help me here on the hint?
Thanks so much!

Hi Peter,
I understand that you have three matrices, each representing twelve categories with varying numbers of measured values per category. You are looking to test whether these matrices are statistically different from each other.
To address your question, I recommend referring to the below mentioned MATLAB Answers discussions. These discussions explore methods for statistically comparing multiple matrices and provides insights that may help you in your analysis:-
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Akash.
