How to estimate position using OTDOA with lte-toolbox?

I am working on mobile localization wih LTE, and I am using this tutorial : https://fr.mathworks.com/help/lte/ug/time-difference-of-arrival-positioning-using-prs.html.

Some how this tutorial works on a mobile in the position (0,0). What should I change to make it work with positions other than (0,0).
