How do I get the font size to resize on figure resize, using App Designer?

Hello,
I have been looking all over and can't quite seem to fing my answer.
In GUIDE, you could set a controls units to normalized and font size handling was automatic when the figured got resized. In App Designer there is no such property for the controls. I am using Matlab 2022a on a Win11 machine if that helps.
I am using grid layout so my controls are properly resizing based on figue size. This is for a custom control I am working on if that matters.
Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
Here are some pictures for reference:

The font size can range from 8–48. The default font size is 10. When selected, App Designer flags coding problems in the editor as you write code. You can change the background color of the uneditable code sections in App Designer Code View.

I undestand that I can change the font size of the controls, I want the font size to automatically change as the GUI resizes like how it does in a GUIDE app when units are set to normailized.
I'm not sure how the rest of your anser pertains to my question. Could you clarify?
Thanks.
