how to convert a tif image to a m-by-n-by-3 array

Hi. How can I a convert a tif image to a m-by-n-by-3 array? I am trying to use the code of boxcount but I am having problems because my image is in the format, being that the code is for m-by-n or m-by-n-by-3 array.

Is the .tif an RGBA image? Is it CYMK? Is it a geotiff with additional layers?

imshow(X,map)

RGB = ind2rgb(X,map);

But this was the result:

Index in position 1 exceeds array bounds.

Error in matlab.images.internal.ind2rgb (line 24)

rgb(1:height, 1:width, 1) = reshape(cm(indexedImage, 1), [height width]);

Your image does not have a colormap, the ibd2rgb cannot work. Use the repmat I showed

I got a table: RGB = 5375×6421×3 double. How can I change this to a image?
