Hiding simulink model content in iOS App

Dear colleagues,

We're creating an iOS app with the help of the Simulink Support Package for Apple iOS Devices. I'm responsible for the Simulink part, while the third party is responsible for linking the Simulink model with the corresponding Apple iOS libraries to make the final iOS app.

My question: is it possible to hide the Simulink model before i give it out to the 3d party responsible for the linkage with Apple iOS? Can the Simulink Support Package for Apple iOS work with the hidden / protected model? Is it possible to use protected Simulink models to create iOS apps?
