I've had a question posted to the MATLAB support forum for a couple weeks. No answers have been posted. How do I get that question escalated so that someone from MathWorks responds?
For reference, here's the question link.

Thanks,
Mike

MATLAB Answers is an open community where people answer questions that interest them. MathWorks employees come here on their own and it is not supported by tech support.
To contact MathWorks Technical Support, go to the Support tab on www.mathworks.com and create a new service request.

Ah. Perhaps you may think of this as "The MATLAB Support Forum", but in reality, Answers is NOT MATLAB technical support. Answers is part of MATLAB Central, so any questions are answered by actual MATLAB users who are willing to contribute their time and MATLAB skills to help others. In some cases, those users also happen to be MathWorks employees.
I'm sorry, but there is NO assurance that you will get an answer. There may actually be nobody that knows the answer to your problem. Or possibly, there is nobody who might know the answer who is also looking in and happens to see your question.
You can always contact MATLAB technical support directly.

Yup. We do need an escalation matrix and the addresses thereof. It's not like those customer support reps could know everything. They just get back with things like..I worked with some colleagues on this and this the best I could come up with. Most of those answers are useless.
