Hi there, I have some gaussian distribution and I want to convert them (contours) to some transparent figures. How can I do ?

You can extract the points on the contour lines using tis FEX download

https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/74010-getcontourlinecoordinates?s_tid=srchtitle

Then you can plot them as a solid ellipse using either patch or polyshape.plot.
