Plot excel data numbers into matlab

Dear all,

my goal is to use excel data, comming from a program that measures the thermal resistance of a electronic device, and plot specific values of this excel data sheet into a function. I dont know how to take those numbers from the collumns (not all) and put them into the function.

As Im completely new to Matlab, i would be thankful for advices.
