Hello!
Im trying to extract the batrymetry data between 2 coordinate points (a and b). I found the cordinates position of my LON and Lat values, and NOW I need to find the way to extrac a line of data between those 2 points, I will apreciate any suggestions, Thanks.
LAT 3121x1681
LON 3121x1681
depth 3121x1681
pcolor(LON,LAT,depth);

improfile() or interp2() (which is what improfile uses)
You do have a potential issue if you are using a nonlinear coordinate space over a region large enough for the nonlinearity to be important. You would have to be careful about which space you are interpolating in.
